About you
You are currently working as a Return to Work Coordinator or Case Manager and are keen to move into a WHS position which complements your expertise and expands your skills and knowledge within Work Health and Safety.
You have solid return to work / case management experience, strong analytical thinking, and you are someone who genuinely cares about helping people work safely and confidently. You bring with you a proactive, practical approach and pride yourself on delivering great support while maintain high standards. You are comfortable taking the lead when things need to move quickly, and you are just as confident working with others to navigate change and manage risks.
You are curious, able to learn quickly, skilled at providing practical advice, and handling challenging conversations with professionalism. You stay calm under pressure and produce clear, accurate work - especially when deadlines are tight.
What your impact will be

As WHS Advisor, you will work closely with teams across diverse operational areas including retail, transport, warehousing, and community services and support, bringing our WHS Management System and initiatives to life.
You will achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes by guiding injured workers with work and non-work-related injuries with care and support in their recovery, collaboratively creating person‑centred return‑to‑work plans, successfully navigating workers' compensation and removing complexity for a seamless transition whilst keeping our purpose at the heart of every step.
You will guide, coach, and empower our teams to create safer workplaces every day. You will build strong relationships, provide trusted WHS advice, and help drive meaningful improvements that prevent harm and support a positive safety culture.
