Shop Manager - Swan Hill
25 hours per week (including Saturdays)
We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Retail Store Manager with strong fashion experience. A real destination for savvy shoppers our shop is hive of activity, providing you with the opportunity to utilise your ability to easily build and cultivate positive relationships.
You are an inspiring individual who will coach our team with strong leadership, motivation and passion. A proactive leader you thrive on contributing to a positive team culture and cultivating your team’s capabilities to deliver an outstanding customer service. You are a wiz at merchandising and will embrace a diverse collection of fashion, furniture and homewares items to create the ultimate customer experience.
You will bring a "hands on" approach and be a proactive operator who leads by example and thrives on delivering outstanding customer experience. This is a unique and truly fabulous opportunity for an innovative, energetic leader to contribute to the continued growth of our Shop.
More specifically you will have:
- A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
- Retail management experience with a real focus on people
- Experience in supporting performance through training and development
- Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
- Proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
- Excellent communication skills with a large range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
- A “Can do” proactive attitude and positive team spirit
Key accountabilities include:
- Managing and growing our Store’s capabilities
- Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers
- Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets
- Training, supporting and recruiting our dedicated team of volunteers
