About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Merchandise and Retail Innovation, the Digital and Ecommerce Manager oversees the daily operations of the organization’s online sales platforms, ensuring perfect synchronization with ongoing marketing and product strategies. This role manages online trading activities, driving optimal website performance. The leadership provided directs the continuous improvement of site content, design, and overall customer interaction. Additionally, this role oversees product selection and implements online retail strategies to drive rapid sales growth.

About You:

You bring a wealth of experience in e-commerce within a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record in the online retail sector. Your expertise includes deploying e-commerce strategies for local markets, with proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Inkfrog, and eBay. Skilled in digital merchandising, analytics, MS Office, Excel, and Adobe, you also have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.

You will have experience and understanding of what drives online sales and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies.

You are able to lead a team environment, bringing a positive and entrepreneurial attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to excel under pressure and solve problems reflects your hands-on approach and love for challenges. Your leadership skills shine in recruiting, developing, and retaining a motivated team, fostering a cohesive culture aligned with the organization’s mission.
